Apples! Your SECRET WEAPON for weight loss!
This month, I wrote about how apples can be your new best friend---in a pinch. When you're busy and don't have time to sit down and slice up an apple, try applesauce! It staves off your hunger when your body is calling for sugar and keeps your blood level from spiking or falling.
However, if your sweet tooth is calling, then I say: Go for the caramel apples! This month, I'm promoting PEASES!
Come join me at the downtown PEASES store on Friday, October 26th, between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and see a special demonstration on how they make their caramel apples. Sign up for a chance to WIN a FREE PEASES cookbook! (I didn't know they had one! Wow!) And please say hello to me while you're at it!
You will get a chance to sample other "healthy" chocolates---from sugar free to dark. Don't miss this event!
